煤矿防灭火用卧式连续制浆机的设计与应用

【摘要】:对煤矿防灭火制浆系统进行了研究,比较了立式制浆机和卧式制浆机的优缺点,基于经济性和可靠性考虑,结合现代化矿井注浆防灭火需要,在研究了卧式制浆机的制浆流程、制浆机的主要参数后,以卧式连续制浆机为设计任务,对制浆机进行模块设计,将卧式连续制浆机分为定量给水系统、定量给土系统、连续制浆系统和注浆系统4个模块。通过灭火现场应用表明,所设计的制浆机运行可靠,制浆量能满足现场灭火的需要。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the coal mine fire prevention and extinguishing pulping system, compares the advantages and disadvantages of the vertical pulping machine and the horizontal pulping machine. Based on the consideration of economy and reliability, combined with the needs of modern mine grouting and fire extinguishing, the paper studies the slurry making process of the horizontal pulping machine. After the main parameters of the pulping machine, taking the horizontal continuous pulping machine as the design task, the paper carries on the module design to the pulping machine. The horizontal continuous pulping machine is divided into four modules: the quantitative water supply system, the quantitative soil feeding system, the continuous grouting system and the grouting system. The field application shows that the designed pulping machine is reliable and can meet the needs of field fire extinguishing.
