矿井回风热回收系统理论分析与数值模拟

【摘要】:矿井回风热回收系统是一种新型的节能系统,利用喷淋换热的方式将回风中的热能置换到水中。针对国内某矿实际情况,通过理论分析与数值模拟,探讨了不同的喷淋布置方式及不同水气比、水滴直径等工况对换热效果的影响。模拟分析结果表明,两级三排逆喷的布置方式,水气比在1.3左右,水滴直径在1 mm左右换热效果最好。
[Abstract]:The heat recovery system of mine return air is a new type of energy saving system. The heat energy in the return air is replaced into the water by spray heat transfer. According to the actual situation of a mine in China, through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, the effects of different spray arrangement modes, different water / gas ratio and water droplet diameter on the heat transfer effect are discussed. The simulation results show that the water / gas ratio is about 1. 3 and the water droplet diameter is about 1 mm in the arrangement of two stages and three rows of reverse spray.
