灾后重建中的资金来源及有效性对比研究——以美国绿堡镇与中国汶川灾区南坝镇为例

【摘要】：以美国堪萨斯州绿堡镇龙卷风灾区和中国汶川地震灾区灾后重建工作为例,选择具有代表性的两个研究区——美国堪萨斯州绿堡镇和四川省平武县南坝镇为研究区,从宏观和微观角度出发,采用文献研究、问卷调查和数据统计分析的方法,对比分析二者在资金来源及使用成效在当地灾民认知方面的异同,并分析差异形成的可能原因,以期为中国灾后恢复重建工作的顺利展开提供借鉴和理论指导.
[Abstract]:Taking the post-disaster reconstruction work in the disaster areas of Green Fort Town, Kansas, USA, and Wenchuan earthquake disaster area in China as an example, two representative research areas, Green Fort Town, Kansas City, and Nanba Town, Pingwu County, Sichuan Province, are selected as study areas. From the macro and micro point of view, using the methods of literature research, questionnaire investigation and data statistical analysis, this paper compares and analyzes the similarities and differences between the sources of funds and the effectiveness of using them in the cognition of local disaster victims, and analyzes the possible causes of the differences. In order to provide reference and theoretical guidance for the smooth development of China's post-disaster recovery and reconstruction work.
