复杂空区下开采区域自燃探测治理及整体防控研究

【摘要】:为研究复杂空区下开采区域煤自燃探测治理及和整体防控,论文首先通过理论分析了煤自燃的诱发机理、发生发展过程及内外在影响因素,并结合复杂空区下开采的特殊环境分析了空区下开采的煤自燃特点及发火可能性大的高位区域,然后以北祖矿为例进行研究。采用小型煤自燃程序升温实验方法对北祖矿4#、9#煤层的煤样进行试验,得出了通入空气条件下低温阶段随煤体温度升高煤样释放出的气体组分和浓度,得出适用于该矿的指标气体,并结合煤自燃阶段跃迁理论建立了基于指标气体的煤自燃预警体系。根据北祖矿的现场条件,采用示踪气体法对9209巷漏风汇进行了测定,根据巷道内指标气体定点采样的结果对老巷自燃状况进行预警,应用红外热像仪对巷道表面温度监测,进而采用漏风段巷道表面喷浆和区域均压、老巷注浆堵漏等技术方法。采用FLACE3D数值模拟方法对开采中保护煤柱的损伤状态进行模拟,而后在此基础上提出工作面自燃监测和预报设计、煤自燃预防开拓布局、自动控制正压通风防治采煤工作面CO气体等一整套工作面煤自燃防控方案。论文研究成果可以为类似复杂空区下开采条件的煤自燃防控、探测和治理提供理论和技术支撑。
[Abstract]:In order to study the detection and control of coal spontaneous combustion in the mining area under complex empty area, the paper firstly analyzes the inducing mechanism, the process of occurrence and development and the influencing factors inside and outside of the coal spontaneous combustion through the theoretical analysis. Combined with the special environment of mining under the complex goaf, the characteristics of spontaneous combustion of coal and the high position area where the possibility of combustion is high are analyzed, and then the study is carried out in the north of Zu Mine as an example. By using the method of small coal spontaneous combustion programmed temperature test, the coal samples of 4 #yun9# coal seam in Beizu Coal Mine were tested, and the gas components and concentrations released by coal samples at low temperature stage under the condition of air entry were obtained with the increase of coal body temperature. The index gas suitable for the mine and the coal spontaneous combustion early warning system based on the index gas are established in combination with the coal spontaneous combustion stage transition theory. According to the field conditions of Beizu Mine, the air leakage sink of 9209 roadway was measured by the tracer gas method, the spontaneous combustion condition of the old roadway was forewarned according to the result of the fixed point sampling of the index gas in the roadway, and the surface temperature of the roadway was monitored by the infrared thermal imager. Then, the air leakage section surface grouting and regional pressure, the old roadway grouting plugging and other technical methods are adopted. FLACE3D numerical simulation method is used to simulate the damage state of coal pillar protection in mining. Based on this, the monitoring and prediction design of spontaneous combustion in coal face and the development layout of coal spontaneous combustion prevention are put forward. Automatic control of positive pressure ventilation to prevent and control coal spontaneous combustion in mining face, such as CO gas. The research results of this paper can provide theoretical and technical support for coal spontaneous combustion prevention, detection and treatment under similar mining conditions in complex empty areas.
