煤粒瓦斯变压解吸规律的实验研究

【摘要】:为研究煤粒在变压环境下的瓦斯解吸规律,设计了恒温变压动态瓦斯解吸实验系统,进行了不同粒径煤样在不同初始瓦斯压力下的瓦斯变压解吸实验。得到了不同实验条件下的累积瓦斯解吸量随时间的变化关系,建立了变压坏境下煤粒瓦斯解吸量随时间变化的数学模型。实验结果表明:煤粒瓦斯累积解吸量的倒数与时间函数(f(t)=1/tn,0n≤1)呈线性关系;煤粒内初始瓦斯压力越高,最大累积瓦斯解吸量越大;煤粒最大瓦斯解吸量与其粒度无明显相关性。
[Abstract]:In order to study the law of gas desorption of coal particles under variable pressure environment, a dynamic gas desorption experiment system with constant temperature and pressure was designed, and the gas pressure desorption experiments of coal samples with different particle sizes under different initial gas pressure were carried out. The relationship between cumulative gas desorption amount and time under different experimental conditions is obtained, and the mathematical model of coal particle gas desorption with time under variable pressure bad condition is established.
