井下灾区环境参数快速采集和分析技术与装备

【摘要】:提出一种井下灾区环境参数快速采集和分析技术解决方案;选用先进的3000 Micro GC微型气相色谱仪作为基础,采用分流分功,各部分单独供电的设计理念,研制出本质安全防爆型手提式气相色谱仪,实现由救援人员随身携带至井下灾害现场。手提式气相色谱仪1次进样120 s内可采用双通道准确对O_2、CH_4、CO、H_2、N_2、CO_2、C_2H_2、C_2H_4、C_2H_6、C_3H_810种煤矿气体检测,化验精度达1×10~(-6)级。
[Abstract]:A technical solution for rapid collection and analysis of environmental parameters in underground disaster areas is proposed. Based on the advanced 3000 Micro GC micro gas chromatograph, the essential safety and explosion-proof portable gas chromatograph was developed by using the design concept of separate power distribution and power supply for each part. It can be carried by rescuers to the underground disaster scene. In 120 s, a portable gas chromatograph can be used to accurately measure the number of coal mine gases in O2CH4COH2N2S, C2H2S, C2H2H2S, C2H2H6, C2H2H810 coal mine gas. The precision of test is 1 脳 10 ~ (-6).
