评述《预防外科手术部位感染全球指南》第4.23节

【摘要】：基于中低收入国家,该指南提出了降低手术部位感染(SSI)发生率的适宜措施。依据循证医学,该指南第4.23节建议层流通风系统不应用于降低接受全关节置换术手术的患者的SSI风险。就此建议,评述了其背景、依据、研究方法,提出了看法。
[Abstract]:Based on low- and middle-income countries, the guidelines suggest appropriate measures to reduce the incidence of (SSI) infection at surgical sites. Based on evidence-based medicine, section 4.23 of the guidelines recommends that laminar ventilation systems should not be used to reduce the risk of SSI in patients undergoing total arthroplasty. In this paper, the background, basis, research methods and opinions are discussed.
