油田企业设备设施完整性管理体系的构建

【摘要】:油田企业工艺体系庞大,设备设施事故诱发因素复杂,事故发生概率高,事故后果严重,并且多数事故都与设备设施故障或不安全运行有着密切的联系。设备设施完整性管理从设备预防维护和风险控制入手,是实现油田企业安全生产工作顺利进行的重要保障途径。 设备完整性管理是一个动态的设备监控过程涉及技术和管理两个层面。本文以现阶段企业在役设备为研究对象,,首先通过系统分析油田各类设备设施特点及内部管理层次,建立设备设施管理模型和基础数据信息管理结构;然后从设备设施预防性维护标准、预防性维护计划、日常监控管理职责、问题异常处置、设备设施变更等方面构建内部管理机制;最后根据设备设施及附件重要度、运行介质、运行周期、检测情况和现状及存在问题等方面建立设备设施风险管理体系。建立起包括预防性维护、变更管理、供应商考评、风险管理四个部分内容的设备完整性管理平台,实现设备全生命周期的安全稳定运行。 本文所构建的设备完整性管理体系平台结合了计算机软件技术、数据库技术以及网络技术,在B/S与C/S相结合的模式下,采用java语言编程,实现了设备信息的即时读取和发布。系统中各子系统之间相互关联,相互作用形成一个动态封闭循环系统,从而实现设备的动态完整性管理,将设备的运行的风险水平控制在可接受的范围之内,避免不必要的设备及附件更换、降低系统维护成本,保障设备安全可靠运行的目的。
[Abstract]:The process system of oil field enterprises is huge, the accident inducing factors of equipment and facilities are complex, the probability of accidents is high, the consequence of accidents is serious, and most accidents are closely related to the failure or unsafe operation of equipment and facilities. The integrality management of equipment and facilities is an important way to ensure the safe operation of oil field enterprises, starting with the prevention and maintenance of equipment and risk control. Equipment integrity management is a dynamic device monitoring process involving two levels: technical and management. This paper takes the in-service equipment of the enterprise as the research object. Firstly, through the systematic analysis of the characteristics and internal management levels of all kinds of oil field equipment and facilities, the management model of the equipment and facilities and the basic data information management structure are established. Then the internal management mechanism is constructed from the preventive maintenance standards of equipment and facilities, preventive maintenance plan, daily monitoring and management responsibilities, abnormal handling of problems, equipment facilities change and so on. Finally, the risk management system of equipment facilities is established according to the importance of equipment and accessories, the running medium, the running cycle, the testing situation, the present situation and the existing problems. The equipment integrity management platform, which includes preventive maintenance, change management, supplier evaluation and risk management, is established to realize the safe and stable operation of the whole life cycle of the equipment. The system platform of equipment integrity management is based on computer software technology, database technology and network technology. In the mode of combining B / S and C / S, the platform is programmed by java language. The device information is read and published in real time. The subsystems in the system are interrelated and interact to form a dynamic closed circulation system, which realizes the dynamic integrity management of the equipment, and controls the risk level of the operation of the equipment within an acceptable range. Avoid unnecessary replacement of equipment and accessories, reduce system maintenance cost and ensure safe and reliable operation of equipment.
