基于无线传感网络的车载危险品状态监测系统研究与实现

【摘要】:随着危险品运输行业的快速发展,危险品运输车辆侧翻、碰撞、泄漏和爆炸等安全事故频发,带来了一系列社会问题和环境问题。构建有效的车载危险品状态实时监测系统,对于保障运输安全、加强危险品运输管理、事故预警及救援具有十分重要的意义。 基于上述背景,论文设计开发了基于无线传感网络的车载危险品状态监测系统,该系统采用基于无线传感网络的危险品在途分层监测体系架构,将监测系统分为分布式信息采集层、车载处理传输层和远程应用层。论文设计并实现了基于ATmega1281和AT86RF230的无线传感器节点硬件及相关软件,并以此为基础构建了多传感器分布式危险品状态信息采集平台;对车载无线传感网络MAC层CSMA/CA机制的退避算法、RTS/CTS方式和睡眠机制进行了分析与改进,同时优化了物理层无线数据收发时序,使无线收发芯片AT86RF230的数据下载和无线发送并发执行;设计了基于嵌入式操作系统uC/OS-Ⅱ的车载主处理终端,结合uC-GUI、FATFS和LWIP设计完成了人机交互界面、数据本地存储和远程数据通信;在实验室环境下完成了车载监测系统的原理样机搭建和关键指标测试与性能分析。 测试结果表明,该系统可在毫秒级时间内完成对危险品多种状态信息的采集与分析,实现对危险品运输车驾驶员的在途实时预警和告警信息的远程发送。该系统的应用有利于提高对危险品运输事故的预控能力和事故发生后的紧急处置响应速度。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of dangerous goods transportation industry, accidents such as rollover, collision, leakage and explosion of dangerous goods transport vehicles occur frequently, which brings a series of social and environmental problems. It is of great significance to construct an effective real-time monitoring system for the status of dangerous goods on board. It is of great significance to ensure transportation safety, strengthen the management of dangerous goods transportation, early warning of accidents and rescue. Based on the above background, the paper designs and develops the vehicle dangerous goods condition monitoring system based on wireless sensor network. The system adopts the layered monitoring system architecture of dangerous goods in transit based on wireless sensor network. The monitoring system is divided into distributed information collection layer, on-board processing transmission layer and remote application layer. This paper designs and implements the hardware and software of wireless sensor node based on ATmega1281 and AT86RF230, and builds a multi-sensor distributed dangerous goods status information acquisition platform. The Backoff algorithm, RTS/CTS mode and sleep mechanism of MAC layer CSMA/CA mechanism in vehicle wireless sensor network are analyzed and improved. At the same time, the physical layer wireless data transceiver timing is optimized.
