补连塔煤矿22307工作面疏放水期间火灾防治技术

【摘要】:补连塔煤矿22307工作面上覆12煤采空区存在沿工作面走向长度约553 m的房采区域,浅埋藏煤层地质结构导致房采区内有大量的积水,利用油浴程序升温实验,通过对氧化升温过程中不同水分含量条件下的氧气消耗率进行对比分析,得出遗煤经水浸泡疏干后氧化反应速度更快,自燃危险性更大,疏放水期间及时利用原探放水孔对上覆12煤房采区进行注氮惰化,施工地面钻孔对上覆房空区进行预防性注浆,确保了22307工作面安全回采。
[Abstract]:There exists a roof mining area with a length of about 553m along the working face direction in the top 12 coal goaf of 22307 face in Bulianta Coal Mine. The geological structure of shallow buried coal seam leads to a large amount of water in the building mining area. The experiment of heating up temperature by using oil bath program is carried out. Through the comparison and analysis of oxygen consumption rate under different moisture content in the process of oxidation and heating, it is concluded that the oxidation reaction speed of residual coal is faster and the danger of spontaneous combustion is greater after soaking and drying in water. During the period of water thinning, nitrogen inert is injected into the mining area of the coal house No. 12 by using the original exploration hole, and preventive grouting is carried out on the empty area of the overlying building by drilling holes on the ground, which ensures the safe mining of 22307 working face.
