面向生命周期的矿山生产安全完整性理论框架

【摘要】:为应对生产安全形势严峻和安全需求多样的状况,借鉴工控领域安全相关系统完整性的方法,概括了面向矿山生命周期和基于风险管理的矿山生产安全完整性理论框架,包括面向生命周期的风险隐患多维表征以及矿山安全相关系统完整性的内涵、要求和实现步骤,有助于为多样的矿山需求提供安全保障。
[Abstract]:In order to deal with the serious situation of production safety and the variety of safety requirements, this paper summarizes the theoretical framework of mine safety integrity based on the life cycle of mine and risk management, referring to the methods of system integrity related to safety in industrial control field. It includes the multidimensional representation of risks and hidden dangers oriented to life cycle and the connotation, requirements and implementation steps of mine safety related system integrity, which is helpful to provide safety protection for various mine needs.
