延长气田天然气液化厂建设项目安全风险管理问题研究
[Abstract]:With the continuous increase of national energy demand, the introduction of LNG will play an important role in optimizing the energy structure of our country, effectively solving the dual problems of energy supply security and ecological environment protection, and playing an important role in realizing the sustainable development of economy and society. At present, LNG is the industry that the country develops energetically. Natural gas liquefaction can save storage and transportation space and cost greatly, at the same time, it can remove impurity in liquefaction process, thus become a kind of clean and efficient "green energy". Risk management runs through the whole process of project management and is an essential part of modern project management. A successful project should take all possible risk factors into account at the start-up stage of the project. In order to reduce the probability of risk occurrence, a project in the process of operation, should accurately, timely identify various types of risk, according to the priority of risk, take appropriate emergency measures to control and deal with the risk. In this paper, when identifying the risk factors of the construction project of the natural gas liquefaction plant, based on the safety risk assessment, the paper discusses the safety risk identification, risk evaluation and the process control of the safety risk management, etc. The effective control mechanism of the project safety risk management is put forward. Based on the case study of Yan128 well construction project, various risk factors and risk control measures for the construction project of natural gas liquefaction plant are summarized in this paper. When analyzing the data of the construction project of the natural gas liquefaction plant and evaluating the project risk and the risk control emergency measures, the paper carries out quantitative calculation through the evaluation data of Yan128 well construction, and uses the data to reflect the risk degree of the project.
