近距离易自燃煤层群开采防灭火技术

【摘要】:为防止近距离易自燃煤层群开采时发生煤自燃事故,在盐井一矿K_(12)、K_(14)工作面构建了回采区域综合均压通风系统。通过采取控制采空区漏风、压差动态调节和采空区注氮等措施,对煤层进行了防灭火治理,并对防治效果进行了分析。结果表明:采空区的温度由采取措施之前的26℃降到24℃,O_2浓度由约20%降到11%,CO浓度由110×10~(-6)降到50×10~(-6)以下,CO_2浓度保持在0.5%左右,煤层各项自然发火敏感指标均明显下降,达到了防止采空区煤自然发火的目的。
