大唐胜利东二矿皮带驱动站高压微雾除尘系统试验研究

【摘要】:本论文针对内蒙古大唐国际锡林浩特矿业有限公司M102、M103、M106三个皮带驱动站的逸尘问题,经过现场考察调研测得了现场粉尘特性,经过实验研究分析了粉尘的润湿性、爆炸性和自燃倾向性,并根据现场具体情况并结合当地气候、水资源条件等对其进行了皮带驱动车间粉尘综合治理改造设计,介绍了高压微雾除尘系统的组成及运行,使得高压微雾除尘系统在皮带驱动站粉尘治理中得以实际应用,通过计算现场试验分析得出最佳的喷雾参数:喷嘴孔径为0.5mm,喷雾压力为5~7MPa,雾滴粒径为3μm~30μm,在产尘源头有效捕捉粉尘微粒达到降尘作用,降尘效率达80%~90%。粉尘治理后有效提高了员工的工作效率,降低了机械设备的损耗率,减少了企业对于职业病防治的投入成本及耗水成本,取得了良好的社会经济效益。
[Abstract]:In this paper, aiming at the problem of dust escape in three belt driving stations of Datang International Xilinhaote Mining Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia, through field investigation and investigation, the field dust characteristics are measured, and the wettability of dust is analyzed through experimental research. According to the specific situation of the site, combined with the local climate and water resources condition, the comprehensive control design of dust in the belt drive workshop is carried out. The composition and operation of the dust removal system with high pressure micro-fog are introduced. The dust removal system of high pressure micro fog can be applied in the dust treatment of belt drive station. The optimum spray parameters are obtained through field test and analysis: the nozzle diameter is 0.5 mm, the spray pressure is 5 ~ 7 MPa, the droplet diameter is 3 渭 m ~ (-1) 30 渭 m, and the diameter of droplet is 3 渭 m ~ (30 渭 m). The dust particles can be effectively captured at the source of dust production, and the dust reduction efficiency is 80% and 90% respectively. After dust treatment, the working efficiency of employees is improved, the loss rate of machinery and equipment is reduced, the input cost and water consumption cost of prevention and treatment of occupational diseases are reduced, and good social and economic benefits are obtained.
