细水雾对非金属管材抗静电性能影响的试验研究

【摘要】:利用水降低管材表面电阻的原理,测试了细水雾在不同喷雾压力下,煤矿井下常用的PVC、PE管样品内外表面电阻率。研究结果表明:PVC、PE管内外表面平均电阻率随喷雾压力的增加均呈指数衰减函数降低;同等条件下,PVC、PE管内表面平均电阻率均小于外表面电阻率,而PVC管的表面电阻率要小于PE管;PVC管在试验中达到了抗静电性能的要求,更适合在煤矿井下使用。
[Abstract]:Based on the principle of reducing the surface resistance of pipe by water, the surface resistivity of PVC,PE pipe samples which are commonly used in coal mine under different spray pressure of water mist is measured. The results show that the average surface resistivity of PVC,PE tube decreases exponentially with the increase of spray pressure. Under the same conditions, the average surface resistivity of PVC,PE tube is lower than that of outer surface, while the surface resistivity of PVC tube is smaller than that of PE tube. PVC tube meets the requirements of antistatic property in test, and is more suitable for underground use in coal mine.
