浅谈日本福岛核事故对我国核与辐射安全监管能力建设的启示

【摘要】：2011年3月11日,日本大地震引发了东海岸海啸致使日本福岛核电厂发生了大规模的核泄漏事故。本文简要介绍了福岛核事故的过程及发生原因,通过中、日核能利用现状异同的比较分析及核与辐射安全监管异同的比较分析,提出加强我国核与辐射安全监管能力建设势在必行,为如何完善我国核与辐射安全监管体系提出建议。
[Abstract]:On March 11, 2011, Japan's massive earthquake triggered a tsunami off the east coast that caused a massive nuclear accident at Japan's Fukushima nuclear power plant. This paper briefly introduces the process and causes of the Fukushima nuclear accident, through the comparative analysis of the status quo of nuclear energy utilization between China and Japan, and the similarities and differences between nuclear and radiation safety supervision. It is imperative to strengthen the supervision capacity of nuclear and radiation safety in China, and some suggestions on how to perfect the supervision system of nuclear and radiation safety in China are put forward.
