煤矿瓦斯爆炸险兆事件组合干预对策研究
[Abstract]:The gas explosion accident is one of the most serious disasters in coal mine. Before every gas explosion accident, there will be many minor events without serious consequences. These minor incidents are called coal mine gas explosion hazard events. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the intervention research on the dangerous and precursor events, which will nip the accident in the bud state, which is of great significance to prevent and cure the coal mine gas explosion accident. Based on the summary of the theory of gas explosion hazard, the definition of coal mine gas explosion hazard event is put forward in this paper. Based on the literature review and field interviews, the influencing factors of 22 coal mine gas explosion hazard events are preliminarily put forward from the three conditions of gas explosion. Secondly, the influence factors were tested by questionnaire, and the item analysis and exploratory factor analysis were carried out by SPSS19.0, and 4 common factors and 21 subfactors were extracted. Formation of coal mine gas explosion risk factors. The method of logical reasoning is used to extract the intervention countermeasures from the cause factors and analyze the influence relationship of the intervention countermeasures to form the intervention system. According to the proposed intervention system, a combined SD intervention model of coal mine gas explosion hazard events was constructed from four aspects: individual behavior safety, system equipment safety, environmental safety, and organization and management safety. The loop in the combined intervention model is analyzed and the combined intervention countermeasures are extracted. Finally, the SD model of combined intervention is simulated by the method of system dynamics, and the intervention effect of combined intervention is compared and analyzed, and it is found that the combined intervention strategy is effective. And the intervention effect of different combination intervention countermeasure is different. On this basis, the implementation process and scheme of combined intervention countermeasures are designed. In this study, the combined intervention countermeasures were studied for the coal mine gas explosion hazard event, so that the pre-control of the accident was transformed into the pre-control of the dangerous and precursor event, which was conducive to the advance of the accident prevention gate. The combined intervention of dangerous and dangerous events will effectively control the occurrence of coal mine gas explosion accidents and provide reference and reference for improving the level of coal mine safety management.
