基于引射喷雾和挡尘帘的采煤机含尘气流控制技术研究

【摘要】:针对采煤机逆风割煤时司机处粉尘污染严重的问题,在分析粉尘产生及其运移规律的基础上,根据喷雾射流的有关理论,提出了一种利用引射喷雾和挡尘帘来控制采煤机含尘气流的技术措施,并通过理论分析和现场试验对其控制原理和效果进行了研究。研究结果表明,在最佳参数条件下,该技术能有效控制采煤机含尘气流沿煤壁侧运移,可将综采工作面人行道一侧司机处的总粉尘和呼吸性粉尘质量浓度分别降低91.3%和88.5%。
[Abstract]:In view of the serious problem of dust pollution in the driver when the coal shearer is cutting coal headwind, based on the analysis of dust generation and its migration law, according to the relevant theory of spray jet, This paper puts forward a technical measure to control dust flow of shearer by ejection spray and dust screen, and studies its control principle and effect by theoretical analysis and field test. The results show that the technology can effectively control the flow of dust along the side of the coal wall under the optimum parameters. The mass concentration of total dust and respiratory dust at one side of sidewalk of fully mechanized coal mining face can be reduced by 91.3% and 88.5% respectively.
