基于人因工程的煤矿事故发生机理及防范措施研究

【摘要】:随着近年来工业企业的崛起,工业事故的发生率也在逐步提高,在这些事故中,人的因素引起的事故有占了大约80%,不仅如此,由于人因事故引起的伤亡率也占总事故伤亡率的78%。近几年间,我国煤矿工业企业事故频频发生,主要是安全管理人员和安全管理机构的不完善,人员操作的失误,人因不按安全规程实施作业,作业环境不达标,应急救护设备不到位,不重视井下安全指标的检测等原因。由此可以看出,煤矿安全事矿的发生和未及时处理的最重要原因是人为失误。研究矿业生产中的人因工程问题,对于矿业企业安全生产和提高效率具有非常重要的意义。本文对人因工程的概念、煤矿人因事故影响因素及防范措施做一个系统的研究。
[Abstract]:With the rise of industrial enterprises in recent years, the incidence of industrial accidents is also gradually increasing. In these accidents, the accidents caused by human factors account for about 80 percent, not only that. The casualty rate caused by human accident also accounts for 78% of the total accident casualty rate. In recent years, accidents occurred frequently in coal mining enterprises in our country, mainly because of the imperfections of safety management personnel and safety management organizations, the mistakes of personnel operation, and the failure of human beings to carry out operations according to safety regulations, and the operating environment was not up to standard. Emergency rescue equipment is not in place, do not attach importance to the detection of underground safety indicators and other reasons. It can be seen that the most important reason for the occurrence and untimely handling of coal mine safety is human error. It is very important for mining enterprises to study the problem of human factor engineering in mining production. This paper makes a systematic study on the concept of human factor engineering, the influencing factors and preventive measures of human accident in coal mine.
