西汉高速公路涝峪段交通安全强化方案研究

【摘要】:随着国家西部大开发战略的深入实施,西部地区高速公路发展迅猛,但受地形、地质条件及投资的限制,西部山区高速公路线形平、纵、横指标受到约束,道路设计指标偏低,多为连续坡道和急弯等弯坡组合路段,交通事故隐患较多且后续救援困难,因而造成的后果往往较为严重。为减少山区高速公路交通事故,提高道路行车安全性,本文对如何提高已建高速公路长大纵坡路段行车安全性的工程方案问题进行了深入研究,主要内容包括道路安全性评价理论探讨、安全强化工程方案研究、工程实施效果分析等。 论文首先从剖析交通系统“人、车、路、环境”四要素与交通事故的关系入手,结合西汉高速涝峪段道路条件及事故原因分析,研究其交通事故形成机理,有针对性地选取了设计符合性、运行速度协调性、设计速度与运行速度协调性、车辆弯道行驶稳定性和车辆制动效能热衰退性等作为安全性评价指标体系,对西汉高速涝峪段道路安全性进行评价。在此基础上,结合西汉高速涝峪段道路条件及安全设施现状,从研究相关安全设施的功能及作用入手,遵循针对性、系统性和配套性原则,重点从限制运行速度、保证刹车制动系统性能、制动失效后的避险措施、改善防撞效果等角度,提出了强化安全检查区及临时停车区、紧急停车带、避险车道、防撞护栏及标志标线、机电工程等交通安全强化方案设计。根据西汉高速涝峪段安全强化工程实施情况,对各强化方案的实施效果进行定性分析,引入国民经济评价采用的“有无对比法”,对其进行经济费用效益定量测算,并强调了加强安全设施的管理、超载的管理、提高驾驶员安全意识等措施对保证安全强化工程实施效果的重要性。
[Abstract]:With the further implementation of the strategy of developing the western region of China, the expressway in the western region is developing rapidly. However, due to the constraints of topography, geological conditions and investment, the alignment, vertical and horizontal indexes of the expressway in the western mountainous area are restricted, and the road design index is on the low side. Most of them are composed of continuous ramps and sharp bends and so on. There are many hidden dangers of traffic accidents and difficulties in subsequent rescue, so the consequences are often more serious. In order to reduce the traffic accidents and improve the safety of the highway in mountainous area, this paper makes a deep research on how to improve the driving safety of the long longitudinal slope section of the existing expressway. The main contents include the evaluation theory of road safety, the research of safety strengthening project, the analysis of the effect of project implementation, etc. This paper begins with the analysis of the relationship between the four elements of traffic system "people, cars, roads and environment" and traffic accidents, and analyzes the road conditions and accident causes of the high-speed waterlogging section of the Western Han Dynasty, and studies the formation mechanism of the traffic accidents. The safety evaluation index system is selected such as design conformance, running speed coordination, design speed and running speed harmony, vehicle bend driving stability and vehicle braking efficiency thermal degradation. The safety of the high speed waterlogging section of the Western Han Dynasty was evaluated. On this basis, combined with the road conditions and the present situation of the safety facilities in the West Han high-speed waterlogging section, the paper starts with the study of the function and function of the relevant safety facilities, follows the principles of pertinence, systematization and supporting, and focuses on limiting the speed of operation. From the angles of ensuring the performance of braking system, avoiding danger after braking failure, improving the effect of collision prevention and so on, this paper puts forward the strengthening of safety inspection area and temporary parking area, emergency stop belt, safe lane, collision barrier and marking line, etc. Mechanical and electrical engineering and other traffic safety strengthening scheme design. According to the implementation of the safety strengthening project in the high speed waterlogging valley section of the Western Han Dynasty, the effect of each strengthening scheme is qualitatively analyzed, and the comparative method of national economic evaluation is introduced to measure the economic cost benefit quantitatively. It also emphasizes the importance of strengthening the management of safety facilities, overloading management and raising the safety consciousness of drivers in order to ensure the effect of safety strengthening engineering.
