采煤工作面非均匀环境营建技术气流组织

【摘要】:为了量化采煤工作面非均匀环境营建技术气流组织,提高采煤工作面降温效果,利用热平衡方程、射流理论,研究了追踪型小型空冷器降温范围、数量、送风量、送风速度、射流角度,对2301采煤工作面进行了工程计算,采用皮温测试和主观热感觉的方法进行了热舒适试验研究。结果表明:2301工作面均匀布置10个小型空冷器,每个风量0.46 m3/s,射流出口风速2.34 m/s,射流末端风速0.54 m/s,符合工作面风速要求;受试人员各测点平均皮温在32.16~33.82℃之间浮动,皮温平均值为33.05℃,结果与Fanger舒适皮温接近,工人热感测试认为舒适的占65.7%,认为稍暖的占23.6%。
[Abstract]:In order to quantify the technical airflow organization in non-uniform environment of coal mining face and improve the cooling effect of coal mining face, using heat balance equation and jet theory, this paper studies the range, quantity and velocity of air cooling of tracing small air cooler. The engineering calculation of 2301 coal mining face was carried out by jet angle, and the thermal comfort test was carried out by using the method of skin temperature test and subjective thermal feeling. The results show that 10 small air coolers are arranged evenly in 2301 working face, each air volume is 0.46 m3 / s, jet outlet wind speed is 2.34 m / s, jet end wind speed is 0.54 m / s, which accords with the requirement of working face wind speed.
