五阳煤矿高位专用瓦斯排放巷瓦斯治理技术研究

【摘要】:在煤矿生产中,瓦斯灾害一直是威胁煤矿安全生产的主要灾害之一。国内外学者在瓦斯治理方面开展了大量的研究工作。瓦斯抽采是预防矿井瓦斯灾害的有效方法,瓦斯抽采情况直接影响瓦斯灾害治理的效果。 五阳煤矿7605工作面回采过程中瓦斯超限影响工作面正常生产,为了保证7605工作面正常生产,解决工作面瓦斯超限问题,需要提出合理的瓦斯治理措施,保障矿井的安全生产。在对五阳煤矿7605工作面瓦斯来源分析的基础上,应用理论计算、数值模拟等方法对五阳煤矿综放工作面瓦斯治理进行研究。 通过分源法预测,确定7605工作面瓦斯来源主要来自工作面采空区和本煤层,在五阳煤矿现有采掘部署条件下对瓦斯抽采系统分析,矿井瓦斯抽采包括地面瓦斯泵站抽采和井下瓦斯抽采,7605工作面上隅角采用专用瓦斯排放巷解决上隅角瓦斯超限问题的综合瓦斯治理措施;提出了五阳煤矿专用瓦斯排放巷的布置层位及布置原则,并设计了7605工作面专用瓦斯排放巷的巷道布置,即7605工作面瓦排巷布置在工作面直接顶和老顶内,垂向下距离煤层2-4m,与7605回风巷平行布置,内错回风巷15m,瓦排巷采用矩形断面,巷宽2.6m,高2.6m,巷道断面6.76m2。应用FLUENT软件对工作面瓦斯运移规律模拟分析,工作面上隅角的瓦斯浓度由U型通风方式的0.8%左右降为U+I型的0.6%左右,降低了上隅角的瓦斯浓度。通过以上方法有效的解决了7605综放工作面瓦斯浓度超限的问题,保证了工作面的正常生产。
[Abstract]:In coal mine production, gas disaster has been one of the main disasters threatening the safety of coal mine production. Domestic and foreign scholars have carried out a lot of research work in gas control. Gas drainage is an effective method to prevent mine gas disaster. In order to ensure the normal production of 7605 face and solve the problem of gas exceeding limit in 7605 face of Wuyang Coal Mine, it is necessary to put forward reasonable gas control measures to ensure the safety of mine production. Based on the analysis of gas source in 7605 face of Wuyang Coal Mine, the gas treatment of fully mechanized caving face in Wuyang Coal Mine is studied by means of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation. According to the prediction of source separation method, it is determined that the gas source of 7605 working face mainly comes from the goaf of the face and the coal seam. The gas drainage system is analyzed under the existing conditions of mining and deployment in Wuyang Coal Mine. Coal mine gas drainage includes ground gas pumping station and underground gas extraction. The comprehensive gas treatment measures of 7605 working face upper corner adopt special gas drainage roadway to solve the problem of gas exceeding limit in upper corner; This paper puts forward the layout level and layout principle of special gas drainage roadway in Wuyang coal mine, and designs the roadway layout of special gas drainage roadway in 7605 face, that is, 7605 face tile drainage roadway is arranged in the direct roof and the main roof of the face. The vertical and downward distance coal seam is 2-4m, parallel to 7605 return air lane, 15m of internal staggered return air lane, rectangular section of tile row roadway, 2.6m wide, 2.6m high, 6.76m2 roadway section. By using FLUENT software, the gas concentration in the upper corner of the working face is reduced from 0.8% of the U-type ventilation mode to 0.6% of the U-type ventilation mode, which reduces the gas concentration of the upper corner angle. The problem of gas concentration exceeding the limit of 7605 fully mechanized caving face is effectively solved by the above methods, and the normal production of the working face is ensured.
