多层采空区流场动态平衡理论与技术

【摘要】:大同矿区开采历史悠久,长期处于主采煤层为双系易自燃煤层群的状态,在“两硬”条件下近距离煤层群开采过程中,位于上部的几层煤回采结束后,使用全部垮落法处理采空区,回采下部煤层,这时将使上部多个煤层的采空区相互连通,造成回采工作面采空区漏风通道增多,即形成了复杂的多层采空区流场。传统的均压理论无法解决这样复杂的漏风问题。针对大同矿区侏罗系层间距0-7 m极近距离易自燃煤层群上部多层采空区大范围自然火灾对现有开采煤层工作面造成的严重威胁的问题,进行了系统深入研究。论文提出了多层采空区局部动态平衡理论和多点调控反馈补偿整体平衡理论。运用数学方法分析采空区的气体流动状态,确定开采工作面与相连通的邻近采空区的气体压力在保持动态平衡情况下的最小容许调节范围,并采用集中控制方法对多个调控点进行补偿控制,以免相互影响,从而阻止CO、CH4等有害气体流入开采工作面或新鲜风流流入采空区。同时,研发了监测、控制、变频调压为一体的多层采空区局部动态平衡技术与装备,结合封堵、立体注氮、阻化灌浆等煤炭自然火灾防治技术,取四台矿、马脊梁矿为例进行了应用。经实际应用,系统运转正常,实现了开采工作面与多层采空区流场风压保持动态平衡,有效的防止了上覆采空区的有毒有害气体涌入工作面和新鲜风流流入采空区,实现了安全生产。
[Abstract]:Datong mining area has a long history of mining and has long been in the state that the main coal seam is a double system spontaneous combustion coal seam group. In the process of mining close distance coal seam group under the condition of "two hard", the coal layer located in the upper part is finished. All the caving methods are used to deal with the goaf and the lower coal seam is mined. At this time, the goaf of the upper coal seams will be connected with each other, resulting in the increase of the air leakage channels in the goaf of the mining face, that is, the formation of complex multilayer goaf flow field. The traditional theory of equal pressure can not solve such a complicated problem of air leakage. Aiming at the serious threat to the existing coal mining face caused by the large scale natural fire in the upper multi-layer goaf of the Jurassic strata in Datong mining area, which is 0-7 m short distance and easy to spontaneous combustion coal seam group, this paper makes a systematic and in-depth study on the problem. In this paper, the local dynamic equilibrium theory of multilayer goaf and the global equilibrium theory of multipoint feedback compensation are proposed. The gas flow state in goaf is analyzed by mathematical method, and the minimum allowable adjustment range of gas pressure in mining face and adjacent goaf is determined under the condition of keeping dynamic equilibrium. The centralized control method is used to compensate and control the multiple control points so as to prevent the harmful gases such as CO,CH4 from flowing into the mining face or the fresh air flow into the goaf. At the same time, research and development of local dynamic balance technology and equipment of multi-layer goaf with monitoring, control and frequency conversion and pressure regulation, combined with coal natural fire prevention and control technology, such as blocking, stereoscopic nitrogen injection, blocking grouting, etc., The Majiiliang Mine is used as an example. Through the practical application, the system runs normally, realizes the dynamic balance of the wind pressure between the mining face and the multi-layer goaf flow field, effectively prevents the toxic and harmful gas from overlying goaf from pouring into the face and the fresh air flow into the goaf. Safety in production has been realized.
