阻化剂对采空区遗煤初次和二次氧化特性的影响

【摘要】:为掌握阻化剂对煤自燃的影响规律,基于煤自燃程序升温试验,测试了用CaCl2、MgCl2、NH4Cl、NH4H2PO3阻化后,采空区遗煤的初次氧化和二次氧化自燃特征参数。结果表明,阻化剂对煤样初次氧化的阻化效果依次为NH4ClCa Cl2Mg Cl2NH4H2PO3,对煤样二次氧化的阻化效果依次为NH4ClNH4H2PO3Ca Cl2MgCl2;经阻化后的煤样参数φ(CO)/φ(CO2)及拐点温度较原煤样均有所降低。对于初次和二次氧化的采空区遗煤,在30~103℃时,阻化剂能起到阻化作用;在103~140℃时,阻化剂起到了促燃作用。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the influence of inhibitor on spontaneous combustion of coal, based on the temperature programmed test of coal spontaneous combustion, the characteristic parameters of primary oxidation and secondary oxidation spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf after blocking with CaCl2,MgCl2,NH4Cl,NH4H2PO3 were tested.
