不同温度下煤物理吸氧量变化规律的实验研究

【摘要】:实验采用ZRJ-1型煤自燃倾向测定仪,分别对不同煤样进行不同温度下吸附氧气后的脱附实验。实验得出脱附过程中的氧气的状态变化过程特征曲线,曲线斜率随脱附出的氧气浓度变化而变化。整体表现为2个波峰,其中后1个波峰表现为拖尾峰。不同温度下的煤的物理吸氧量变化规律为随着温度的升高物理吸氧量呈整体下降趋势,在一定温度范围内有波动。
[Abstract]:The desorption experiments of oxygen adsorption on different coal samples at different temperatures were carried out with ZRJ- 1 type coal spontaneous combustion propensity tester. The characteristic curve of the state change of oxygen during desorption is obtained, and the slope of the curve varies with the change of oxygen concentration. As a whole, there were 2 peaks, and the last one was a trailing peak. The variation rule of physical oxygen uptake of coal at different temperatures is that the physical oxygen uptake of coal decreases with the increase of temperature and fluctuates in a certain temperature range.
