综放面缩面期间防灭火技术研究与应用

【摘要】:为了解决某煤矿3304综放工作面缩面改造期间因采空区遗煤多、停采撤架时间长、漏风条件复杂而引起的采空区煤炭易于自燃的问题,分析了3304工作面缩面改造期间采空区遗煤易于自燃的原因,并提出了由注水、均压、注浆组成的综合防灭火技术体系。通过监测发现,采取上述措施后,回风隅角的CO浓度从停采初期的7.8×10-5下降到缩面完成时的1.0×10-5,回风流的CO浓度从5.8×10-5下降到0,有效地抑制了采空区遗煤自燃,保证了3304工作面缩面改造工作的顺利进行。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf due to the large number of remaining coal in goaf, long time to stop mining and long withdrawal time and complicated air leakage condition, the coal in goaf is easy to self-ignite during the reconstruction of 3304 fully mechanized top coal caving face in a certain coal mine. This paper analyzes on the causes of spontaneous combustion of the remaining coal in goaf during the retrofit of face contraction of face 3304, and puts forward a comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing technology system composed of water injection, pressure equalization and grouting. By monitoring, it is found that the CO concentration in the return air corner decreases from 7.8 脳 10 ~ 5 in the initial stage of stoppage to 1.0 脳 10 ~ 5 at the completion of the cut-off surface, and the CO concentration in the return air decreases from 5.8 脳 10 ~ 5 to 0. 8 脳 10 ~ 5 after the above measures are taken. The spontaneous combustion of coal remains in goaf is effectively restrained, and the reconstruction of face reduction in 3304 face is ensured.
