某煤层瓦斯抽放方法与实践研究

【摘要】:随着我国改革开放经济迅猛发展,煤炭行业也有了巨大变化,随着煤炭需求的加大,煤炭生产企业规模不断扩大,开采深度的增加,煤炭企业中存在的问题和潜在威胁也变得日益突出,尤其体现在瓦斯方面。就山西省为例,从2006:2012年由于瓦斯事故造成300多人死亡,直接经济损失2亿多;据统计山西省井工开采煤矿100%是瓦斯矿井,,48%是高瓦斯与瓦斯突出矿井;可见瓦斯治理已经是煤矿安全生产的重要前提,其治理的好坏直接关系着安全生产有效进行。而治理瓦斯的最有效手段就是煤层瓦斯抽放,且瓦斯是可以利用的清洁能源,加强煤矿瓦斯抽放的研究,对于预防事故的发生,确保煤矿企业安全生产的顺利进行,具有重要的意义。 首先,本文对瓦斯抽放工作的现状进行了总结,并在分析我国煤矿企业开展瓦斯抽采的现实状况的基础上,提出了当前煤炭企业瓦斯抽采的合理方法。 其次,本文以煤层瓦斯赋存和流动理论为基础,总结了煤矿瓦斯抽放的技术经验,较系统地阐述了瓦斯抽放技术及方法,包括本煤层瓦斯抽放、邻近层瓦斯抽放、采空区瓦斯抽放,以及提高瓦斯抽放率的技术途径;对现有瓦斯抽放参数进行更加深入介绍及参数优化。 然后,通过比较各种瓦斯抽放方法的适用范围和局限性,本文结合煤矿企业安全生产的特点,按照瓦斯抽采方法选择原则,提出了将开采层、邻近层和采空区同时进行瓦斯抽采的总体思路。 最后,以阳泉市某煤矿为例进行瓦斯抽采设计,建立了瓦斯抽放系统。最终得出的瓦斯抽放系统与企业实际瓦斯涌出状况完全相符,从而验证了煤层综合瓦斯抽采方法的有效性和实用性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's reform and opening up economy, the coal industry has also undergone great changes. With the increase of coal demand, the scale of coal production enterprises continues to expand, and the mining depth increases. The problems and potential threats in coal enterprises have become increasingly prominent, especially in gas. Taking Shanxi Province as an example, from 2006 to 2012, more than 300 people died and lost more than 200 million direct economic losses as a result of gas accidents. According to statistics, 100% of the coal mines in Shanxi Province are gas mines, 48% are high gas and gas outburst mines, and 48% are high gas and gas outburst mines. It can be seen that gas control is an important prerequisite for coal mine safety production, and its treatment is directly related to the effective production safety. The most effective means to control gas is coal seam gas drainage, and gas is a clean energy that can be used to strengthen the research of coal mine gas drainage, in order to prevent accidents and ensure the smooth progress of safe production in coal mining enterprises. It is of great significance. First of all, this paper summarizes the present situation of gas drainage work, and on the basis of analyzing the actual situation of gas drainage in coal mining enterprises in China, puts forward the reasonable methods of gas drainage in coal enterprises at present. Secondly, based on the theory of coal seam gas occurrence and flow, this paper summarizes the technical experience of coal mine gas drainage, and systematically expounds the gas drainage technology and methods, including gas drainage in this coal seam and gas drainage in adjacent strata. Gas drainage in goaf and technical ways to improve gas drainage rate; The existing gas drainage parameters are introduced more deeply and the parameters are optimized. Then, by comparing the applicable scope and limitations of various gas drainage methods, combined with the characteristics of coal mine enterprises in production safety, according to the selection principle of gas drainage methods, this paper puts forward the mining layer. The general idea of gas extraction in adjacent layer and goaf at the same time. Finally, taking a coal mine in Yangquan City as an example, the gas drainage system is established. Finally, the gas drainage system is in good agreement with the actual gas emission situation of the enterprise, which verifies the effectiveness and practicability of the comprehensive gas extraction method in coal seam.
