王坡煤矿瓦斯零超限治理风险预控管理研究

【摘要】：为了遏制瓦斯超限频发的现象,王坡煤矿以瓦斯管理为中心,瓦斯零超限为目标,构建了瓦斯零超限治理风险预控管理体系。提出了以风险预控管理、精细化管理为基础,以瓦斯超限预警管理、三违管理、隐患管理"二环一警"为主要手段的构建框架,制定了瓦斯零超限治理风险预控管理组织保障体系、制度保障体系和管理标准体系,实现了瓦斯治理工作的动态闭环管理,提高瓦斯零超限治理效能,降低了瓦斯超限的次数,实现了高瓦斯矿井的瓦斯零超限管理目标,保证了煤矿的安全生产。
[Abstract]:In order to curb the frequent occurrence of gas exceeding limit, Wangpo Coal Mine takes gas management as the center and gas zero exceeding limit as the goal, and constructs the risk pre-control management system of gas zero exceeding limit control. This paper puts forward a construction framework based on risk pre-control management, fine management, gas over-limit early warning management, three violation management, hidden danger management "two rings and one police" as the main means. The organization guarantee system, system guarantee system and management standard system of risk pre-control management for gas zero exceeding limit control are worked out, which realizes the dynamic closed loop management of gas control work, improves the efficiency of gas zero exceeding limit control, and reduces the number of gas exceeding limit. The goal of gas zero exceeding limit management in high gas mine is realized, and the safety production of coal mine is guaranteed.
