高突松软煤层水力冲孔快速揭煤应用

【摘要】:为实现"高突"松软煤层石门揭煤快速成巷,结合新安煤矿16010工作面的实际情况以及高压水射流破煤理论,分析了破煤压力及流量并对水力冲孔设备加以选型。试验结果表明,水力冲孔时冲孔压力在8~10 MPa时,水力冲孔后钻孔直径扩大倍数在8~11倍,平均瓦斯抽采体积分数提高10倍左右,经过30 d的预抽,各项突出预测指标均低于临界值,实现了"高突"松软煤层快速石门揭煤成巷的安全作业。
