变氧浓度环境下煤自燃临界温度及影响因素分析

【摘要】:为研究氧浓度对不同煤种自燃过程中临界温度的影响,选取了3种变质程度煤样,利用小样程序升温实验数据,采用指标气体法、耗氧速率法和交叉点温度法分别确定了实验煤样在10%、15%和21%供氧浓度下的临界温度值以及范围。测试结果表明:基于交叉点温度测试得到的临界温度与绝热氧化法所测结果基本一致,且实验周期短;煤自燃临界温度随着氧气浓度的上升而降低;交叉点温度法测量煤临界温度误差较小,是理想的测试煤自燃临界温度的方法。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of oxygen concentration on the critical temperature in the process of spontaneous combustion of different kinds of coal, three kinds of coal samples with metamorphism degree were selected. The critical temperature values and ranges of the experimental coal samples at 10%, 15% and 21% oxygen supply concentrations were determined by using the temperature programmed data of the small samples and the index gas method, oxygen consumption rate method and intersection temperature method, respectively. the critical temperature values and ranges of the experimental coal samples were determined by using the index gas method, the oxygen consumption rate method and the intersection temperature method, respectively. The test results show that the critical temperature measured by intersection temperature is basically consistent with that measured by adiabatic oxidation method, and the experimental period is short; the critical temperature of coal spontaneous combustion decreases with the increase of oxygen concentration; and the critical temperature error of coal measured by intersection temperature method is small, which is an ideal method to measure the critical temperature of coal spontaneous combustion.
