沙曲矿多风井系统分析优化与研究

【摘要】:本文所涉及到的沙曲矿井采用多风井混合通风方式,随着矿井开拓和延伸,该种通风方式在矿井生产上应用越来越多,然而由于这种通风方式运行时风机间可能会发生相互干扰现象,有些局部巷道甚至发生风流逆转,造成矿井通风风流不稳。本文通过对矿井通风系统稳定性机理进行研究,并且细致分析了两翼对角式和两进两回式通风系统相互干扰的判别方法以及其他影响多风井矿井通风稳定性的因素;在矿井通风系统分析方案优选上,本文确立了对矿井进行评价的模糊综合评判方法和指标权重确定方法;在对沙曲矿井进行系统优化前,首先对沙曲矿井目前通风阻力状况进行测定考察,得到了该矿井的网络基础数据表,运用通风系统优化与分析软件对矿井通风系统进行解算,并用所得出稳定性分析干扰判别方法对目前矿井通风现状进行分析,总结出几种沙曲矿通风系统优选方案;最后又用模糊综合评判方法对这几种方案进行优选分析,得出矿井最佳的通风系统改造方案。
[Abstract]:The Shaqu mine involved in this paper adopts the mixed ventilation mode of multi-air shaft. With the development and extension of the mine, this kind of ventilation mode is more and more used in mine production. However, due to the mutual interference between fans during the operation of this ventilation mode, some local roadways even reverse the air flow, resulting in unstable ventilation flow in the mine. In this paper, the stability mechanism of mine ventilation system is studied, and the discriminant methods of interference between two wings diagonal ventilation system and two-way two-circuit ventilation system and other factors that affect the ventilation stability of multi-ventilation well are analyzed in detail. In the optimal selection of mine ventilation system analysis scheme, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and index weight determination method for mine evaluation are established in this paper, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and index weight determination method for mine evaluation are established in this paper, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and index weight determination method are established in this paper. Before the systematic optimization of Shaqu Mine, the current ventilation resistance of Shaqu Mine is measured and investigated, the network basic data table of Shaqu Mine is obtained, the ventilation system of Shaqu Mine is solved by using ventilation system optimization and analysis software, and the present situation of mine ventilation is analyzed by using the interference discriminant method of stability analysis, and several optimal selection schemes of ventilation system of Shaqu Mine are summarized. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to optimize and analyze these schemes, and the best ventilation system transformation scheme of the mine is obtained.
