气体和粉尘燃爆机理实验平台设计

【摘要】:设计了一种多结构、多段式气体、粉尘燃爆机理实验平台。该实验平台可实现直管、弯管和分叉管自由组合,可以模拟各种工业实际工况下气云、粉尘燃爆实验,探究燃爆事故机理,提出事故防治技术措施。详细阐述了实验平台功能需求、平台构成、爆炸管段设计计算、数据处理、实验结果分析等。学生通过实验,可以了解易燃易爆气体、粉尘燃烧爆炸的基本现象、爆炸效应及爆炸机理,掌握燃烧、爆炸测试中高频数据采集、处理的方法,加深了学生对可燃气体、粉尘燃烧爆炸规律与防治的认识,提高了学生的安全意识。
[Abstract]:An experimental platform for multi-structure, multi-stage gas and dust explosion mechanism is designed. The experimental platform can realize the free combination of straight pipe, curved pipe and bifurcation pipe, simulate the explosion experiment of gas cloud and dust under various industrial working conditions, explore the mechanism of explosion accident, and put forward the technical measures of accident prevention and control. The functional requirements of the experimental platform, the structure of the platform, the design and calculation of the explosion pipe section, the data processing and the analysis of the experimental results are described in detail. Through the experiment, the students can understand the basic phenomenon, explosion effect and explosion mechanism of flammable and explosive gas, dust combustion and explosion, master the methods of high frequency data acquisition and processing in combustion and explosion test, deepen the students' understanding of the law and prevention of combustible gas and dust combustion and explosion, and improve the students' safety consciousness.
