手性功能材料圆偏振荧光及电致化学发光性质的研究

【摘要】:我们将实物与其镜像不能重叠的现象称之为手性。手性在自然界和生命体中都扮演着十分重要的角色,是生命有序化和组织化的基础。手性材料在圆偏振发光材料(CPL),电致化学发光材料(ECL),信息存储,生物探针等方面广泛的应用前景使得研究人员对手性材料的研究倾注了极大的兴趣。本文以傒核为生色团,以芴、咔唑为骨架结构单元,(S)-1-溴-3,7-二甲基辛烷为手性侧链,构建的三种手性光电材料,并研究其圆偏振光及电致化学发光性质,主要内容及创新点如下:(1)本章设计了以傒为骨架结构,在其湾位引入供电子咔唑基团,构筑了D-A构型的手性光电材料。研究表明:该手性小分子不仅在良溶液THF和THF-H2O体系中均表现出良好的圆偏振荧光信号,其不对称因子均在10-4。而且薄膜状态未经热退火处理,也具有良好的CPL表现,其不对称因子是上述两种状态的3倍,为圆偏振荧光器件的实际应用提供了实践和理论支撑。(2)本章以芴酮为原料,合成嵌段型的以芴为骨架的功能手性芴高分子材料,并对其热稳定性,电化学行为,单分子态、聚集体状态及薄膜状态下的光学性质进行研究。研究表明该手性材料热稳定性好,在单分子状态、聚集体状态及薄膜状态下都能有良好的圆偏振荧光,并且在聚集状态下分子间作用力会使其发生自组装影响其堆积结构,令人惊喜的是该功能手性芴高分子能在退火的状态下更加局部有序,不对称因子提高40%以上,增强CPL信号。(3)本章以丁酯修饰的傒衍生物为主体,在湾区引入具有极强供电子能力的咔唑基团,合成了性能优良的D-A构型的手性功能材料。并对其电致化学发光(ECL)行为进行了深入研究,研究结果表明该手性材料能够在没有共反应剂的参与下依旧能呈现出强烈,稳定的ECL信号,在电化学发光时由于氧气的参与会使得该手性材料出现非常强烈的给体与受体之间的电子转移,发光强度是无氧状态下的2倍以上,是潜在的高灵敏度检测痕量反应性氧及监测单线态氧的极佳工具。
[Abstract]:We call it chirality when the object and its mirror cannot overlap.Chirality plays a very important role in nature and life, and is the basis of ordering and organization of life.The wide application of chiral materials in the fields of circularly polarized luminescent materials (CPL), electrochemiluminescence materials (ECL), information storage, biological probes and so on has attracted great interest in the research of chiral materials.In this paper, three kinds of chiral optoelectronic materials have been constructed by using fluorene and carbazole as the skeleton structure unit, Schi-1-bromo-3-dimethyl-octane as chiral side chain, and their circular polarized light and electrochemiluminescence properties have been studied.The main contents and innovations are as follows: (1) in this chapter, we design a chiral optoelectronic material with D-A configuration by introducing electron carbazole groups into its bay position.The results show that the chiral molecules not only exhibit good circularly polarized fluorescence signals in THF and THF-H2O systems, but also exhibit asymmetric factors of 10-4.Moreover, the film state has good CPL performance without thermal annealing, and its asymmetry factor is three times that of the above two states, which provides practical and theoretical support for the practical application of circularly polarized fluorescence devices.) in this chapter, fluorenone is used as the raw material.Functional chiral fluorene polymer with fluorene as skeleton was synthesized and its thermal stability, electrochemical behavior, monolayer state, aggregate state and optical properties in thin film state were studied.The results show that the chiral materials have good thermal stability and have good circularly polarized fluorescence in monolayer, aggregate and thin film states, and the self-assembly will affect the stacking structure of the chiral materials.The surprise is that this functional chiral fluorene polymer can be more locally ordered in annealed state, the asymmetry factor is increased by more than 40%, and the CPL signal is enhanced.Carbazole groups with strong electron supplying ability were introduced into the Bay area to synthesize D-A chiral functional materials with excellent properties.The electrochemiluminescence (ECL) behavior of the chiral material was studied. The results showed that the chiral material could still exhibit strong and stable ECL signals without the co-reaction agent.When electrochemiluminescence occurs, the electron transfer between the donor and the acceptor is very strong due to the participation of oxygen, and the luminescence intensity is more than twice as high as that in the anaerobic state.It is an excellent tool for the detection of trace reactive oxygen and the monitoring of singlet oxygen.
