柔性聚脲壳体微胶囊相变材料的制备与表征

【摘要】:采用界面聚合法以苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物钠盐为乳化分散剂,硬脂酸丁酯为囊芯,以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和二乙烯三胺聚合制备了一种环保的柔性聚脲壳体微胶囊相变材料(MPCM)。SEM测试表明,所制备微胶囊颗粒呈球形分布,壳体具有良好的柔性,平均粒径为4~8μm。MPCM的熔融温度为29.5℃,熔融热焓为78.6J/g,储热性能明显,胶囊化后的结晶曲线出现双放热峰,产生过冷结晶的现象。所制备的MPCM具有较好的热稳定性和致密性,芯材壁材比对微胶囊的热稳定性有较大影响,芯材壁材比越低,致密性越好。
[Abstract]:Sodium styrene maleic anhydride copolymer was used as emulsifying dispersant and butyl stearate as capsule core by interfacial polymerization. A kind of environmental friendly polyurea shell microencapsulated phase change material (MPCM) was prepared by polymerization of isophorone diisocyanate and diethylenetriamine.
