基于离心方式的超细粉体压缩技术

【摘要】:在自主研发设计的非标离心机上,利用离心分离生物液体的原理对超细粉体进行离心压缩,获取最终产品;对粉体离心压缩动力学行为进行理论分析,探讨粉体在冲击压缩条件下的压缩规律,研究压缩过程中压力与粉体孔隙率的非线性关系;通过对白炭黑和硅镁粉超细粉体压缩实验研究,获取基于离心压缩方式下的压力与粉体体积减小率的动力学方程。结果表明:在离心压强为0~0.3 MPa时,白炭黑和硅镁粉的表观密度与压强的关系可通过Heckel方程坐标表征,曲线特征符合二次函数规律。
[Abstract]:On the non-standard centrifuge designed by ourselves, the ultrafine powder was compressed by centrifugation and the final product was obtained by centrifugal separation of biological liquid, and the kinetic behavior of centrifugal compression of powder was analyzed theoretically.This paper discusses the compression law of powder under impact compression, studies the nonlinear relationship between pressure and porosity of powder during compression, and studies the compression experiments of silica and magnesia powder ultrafine powder.The kinetic equations of pressure and powder volume reduction under centrifugal compression were obtained.The results show that when the centrifugal pressure is 0. 3 MPa, the relationship between the apparent density and pressure of silica and magnesium silicate powder can be characterized by the coordinate of Heckel equation, and the characteristic of the curve accords with the law of quadratic function.
