脂肪酸二元混合物储热性能的实验研究

【摘要】:选取癸酸、硬脂酸、月桂酸、棕榈酸和肉豆蔻酸5种脂肪酸按预先设定的比例混合配制脂肪酸二元混合物,利用差示扫描量热仪测试混合物的相变温度和相变潜热,以寻找具有合适的相变温度、较大的相变潜热,能用于相变围护结构的脂肪酸混合物。结果显示:脂肪酸二元混合物的相变温度和相变潜热相比单一组分的值有所降低;含葵酸的二元脂肪酸混合物的相变温度较低,范围大致为20~30℃,且相变潜热也较大,是用于墙体储能的理想相变材料;其他脂肪酸组成的二元混合物相变温度较高,不符合墙体储能的温度要求。
[Abstract]:Five fatty acids, sebacic acid, stearic acid, lauric acid, palmitic acid and myristic acid, were selected to prepare the binary fatty acid mixture in a predetermined proportion. The phase transition temperature and latent heat of the mixture were measured by differential scanning calorimetry.In order to find suitable phase change temperature, larger phase change latent heat, can be used in phase change envelope fatty acid mixture.The results show that the phase transition temperature and latent heat of phase change of fatty acid binary mixture are lower than that of single component, the phase transition temperature of binary fatty acid mixture containing sunflower acid is lower, the range is about 20 ~ 30 鈩,
