利用TG研究中低温有机相变复合材料的耐热性

【摘要】:用石蜡、硬脂酸、聚乙二醇(PEG_(4000))为相变主材料,活性炭和膨胀石墨为支撑材料,制备出不同配合比的复合中低温有机相变材料,并利用热重分析(TG)测试其受热时的热分解过程。活性炭和膨胀石墨的加入,可以提高硬脂酸基和石蜡基复合相变材料的起始热分解温度。实验结果证明,与其他实验样品相比,PEG_(4000)与活性炭的质量配合比为84%∶16%制得的PEG_(4000)/活性炭复合相变材料热稳定性较好,起始热分解温度为378℃,424℃时失重率为84%。
[Abstract]:Using paraffin, stearic acid, PEG4 000) as the main phase change material, activated carbon and expanded graphite as the supporting materials, the composite organic phase change materials with different mix ratio were prepared, and the thermal decomposition process of the phase change materials during heating was measured by thermogravimetric analysis (TG).The initial thermal decomposition temperature of stearic acid and paraffin based composite phase change materials can be increased by adding active carbon and expanded graphite.The results show that compared with other experimental samples, the mass mixture ratio of PEGMA4000) and activated carbon is 84: 16%, the thermal stability of the composite phase change material made of PEG_(4000)/ activated carbon is better, and the weight loss rate is 84% when the initial thermal decomposition temperature is 378 鈩,
