改性硅藻岩增强橡胶复合材料的研究

【摘要】:硅藻岩是生物质沉积岩,因其具有质轻、大的比表面积、超强的吸附性、隔音、耐磨、耐热以及耐腐蚀等特点而被广泛应用于化工、石油、建材、生物医药卫生以及环保等众多领域,其与白炭黑成分结构类似,可作为白炭黑的替代品来增强橡胶材料。本文首先对黑龙江省黑河硅藻岩进行了改性,考察了不同改性剂的改性效果,结果表明偶联剂Si69的改性效果较好。采用机械共混法制备了改性硅藻岩/橡胶复合材料,通过力学性能测试和SEM分析确定了最适合硅藻岩增强的橡胶是氟橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶和丙烯酸酯橡胶,硅藻岩能均匀分散在这三种橡胶基体中,相容性良好且机械性能优异。
[Abstract]:Diatoms are biomass sedimentary rocks, which are widely used in chemical, petroleum and building materials because of their light weight, large specific surface area, super absorbability, sound insulation, wear resistance, heat resistance and corrosion resistance.Biopharmaceutical, environmental protection and other fields, similar to the composition of silica, can be used as a substitute for silica to strengthen rubber materials.In this paper, the modification of Heihe diatom in Heilongjiang Province was carried out, and the modification effects of different modifiers were investigated. The results showed that the modification effect of coupling agent Si69 was better.The modified diatom / rubber composites were prepared by mechanical blending method. The results of mechanical properties test and SEM analysis showed that the most suitable rubber reinforced by diatom was fluorine rubber, ethylene propylene diene diene diene monomer rubber and acrylate rubber.Diatoms can be uniformly dispersed in these three rubber substrates with good compatibility and excellent mechanical properties.
