EPP泡沫填充对铝蜂窝压缩性能的影响研究

【摘要】:采用准静态轴向压缩实验和有限元仿真相结合的方法,对EPP泡沫(聚丙烯塑料发泡材料)填充对铝蜂窝结构压缩性能的影响开展了研究。实验发现,相对空铝蜂窝,EPP泡沫填充铝蜂窝结构的峰值力、平均抗压强度和吸收能量分别提高了1.9%~43.33%、46.59%~179.53%和46.26%~179.04%。并且相对空铝蜂窝与单独EPP泡沫之和,泡沫填充结构的平均抗压强度和总吸能分别提高了2%~23.5%和3.9%~23.3%。此外,采用Ls-dyna软件对EPP泡沫填充铝蜂窝的破坏过程进行了仿真,发现EPP泡沫填充可以有效抵抗蜂窝壁变形,并且获得了与实验较吻合的破坏过程和位移曲线。研究表明,利用EPP泡沫填充铝蜂窝,能有效改善铝蜂窝结构的轴向压缩性能。
[Abstract]:The effect of EPP foam (polypropylene foaming material) on the compressive properties of aluminum honeycomb structure was studied by using quasi-static axial compression test and finite element simulation.The experimental results show that the average compressive strength, average compressive strength and absorption energy of aluminum honeycomb filled with EPP foam are increased by 1.9%, 43.33% and 46.599.53% and 46.26% respectively.Compared with the sum of empty aluminum honeycomb and single EPP foam, the average compressive strength and total energy absorption of the foam filled structure increased by 223.5% and 3.9% respectively.In addition, the failure process of aluminum honeycomb filled with EPP foam is simulated by using Ls-dyna software. It is found that EPP foam filling can effectively resist the deformation of honeycomb wall, and the failure process and displacement curve are in good agreement with the experimental results.The results show that aluminum honeycomb filled with EPP foam can effectively improve the axial compression performance of aluminum honeycomb structure.
