离子液体基Janus颗粒稳定的乳液为模板制备多孔材料的研究

【摘要】:Janus颗粒两侧具有相反的表面润湿性时能够构筑高稳定的Pickering乳液,将离子液体功能基团引入到Janus颗粒表面,可赋予其通过阴离子交换对两亲性进行调控的能力。本文讨论了离子液体基Janus颗粒稳定的Pickering乳液相反转的影响因素,同时研究了其作为高内相乳液(HIPEs)的乳化剂,对利用乳液模板法制备聚合物多孔材料的孔结构的影响。主要研究内容如下:(1)通过乳液界面自组装的方法制备了一侧为咪唑啉基,一侧分别为苯基、正辛基、十八烷基的Janus中空球,经过粉碎得到片状Janus材料,进一步离子液体化,可得到一侧是咪唑啉氯盐离子液体基,另一侧为不同疏水基团的Janus片。利用离子液体的阴离子可交换性得到不同阴离子基的Janus片。利用这些离子液体基Janus片乳化甲苯-水体系,讨论了Janus片粒径大小、不同疏水基、不同的阴离子对所稳定的Pickering相反转的影响。通过实验发现:Janus片粒径大小对乳液粒径大小有很大影响,疏水基和阴离子基不同都会引起Janus片表面润湿性的不同,从而决定乳液液滴粒径大小以及乳液类型的不同。(2)利用离子液体基雪人形Janus颗粒制备油包水型HIPEs,通过聚合连续相中的苯乙烯与二乙烯基苯,得到聚合物多孔材料。讨论了乳化剂用量、表面亲疏水性、不同类型的引发剂对聚合物多孔材料孔结构的影响。通过实验发现乳化剂用量增加,开孔程度增加;利用不同碳链长度的溴代烷进行离子液体化后,雪人形Janus颗粒的疏水性随碳链的增加而变强,得到开孔结构所需的乳化剂用量减少;油溶性引发剂可得到开孔结构,水溶性引发剂得到塌陷的闭孔结构。
[Abstract]:When Janus particles have opposite surface wettability, high stable Pickering emulsions can be constructed, and the functional groups of ionic liquids can be introduced into the surface of Janus particles, which can give them the ability to regulate amphiphilicity by anion exchange. In this paper, the factors influencing the reverse transition of Pickering emulsion stabilized by ionic liquid-based Janus particles are discussed. At the same time, its effect on the pore structure of polymer porous materials prepared by emulsion template method as emulsifier of high internal phase emulsion (Hipes) is studied. The main contents of this study are as follows: (1) Imidazoline on one side and phenyl, octyl and octadecyl on the other side were prepared by the emulsion interface self-assembly method. The Janus hollow spheres were comminuted to obtain flake Janus materials, which were further ionic liquid. Imidazoline chloride ionic liquid group on one side and different hydrophobic groups on the other side were obtained. The anionic exchangeable properties of ionic liquids were used to obtain Janus tablets with different anionic groups. Using these ionic liquid-based Janus tablets to emulsify toluene-water system, the effects of particle size, different hydrophobic groups and different anions on the reverse transition of stable Pickering were discussed. It is found that the particle size of the Janus film has a great influence on the particle size of the emulsion, and the wettability of the Janus film will be caused by the difference of the hydrophobic group and the anionic group. Therefore, the size of droplets and the different emulsion types are determined.) the oil-in-water Hipes were prepared by using ionic liquid-based snowman Janus particles, and the polymer porous materials were obtained by polymerization of styrene and divinylbenzene in continuous phase. The effects of emulsifier dosage, surface hydrophobicity and different initiators on the pore structure of polymer porous materials were discussed. It was found that the amount of emulsifier increased and the degree of pore opening increased, and that the hydrophobicity of snow human Janus particles increased with the increase of carbon chain after ionic liquid with brominated alkanes of different carbon chain lengths. The amount of emulsifier needed for the open pore structure is reduced, the oil soluble initiator can obtain the open pore structure, and the water soluble initiator can obtain the closed pore structure which collapses.
