气密材料真空热循环及辐照效应

【摘要】:本文利用真空析气、真空热循环设备和空间辐照模拟试验装置,并采取多种材料测试分析手段,考察了TR、HY、TPUY、TPU四种气密材料的真空析气规律和TR、TPUY、TPU三种气密材料真空热循环及辐照效应。研究结果表明:HY硅橡胶的总质量损失最大,TPUY热塑性聚氨酯最小;TR硅橡胶的可凝挥发物含量最大,TPUY热塑性聚氨酯最小。在真空热循环初期,TR、TPUY、TPU三种气密材料随着真空热循环次数的增加质损率逐渐上升,质损率上升的比较快,后期随着循环次数的增加,质损率上升变的平缓。三种气密材料经历80次的真空热循环后拉伸性能变化较小,拉伸强度变化均不超过2.0%,断裂伸长率变化均不超过8.9%。TPUY和TPU热塑性聚氨酯受电子和紫外综合辐照后表面由半透明和透明状态转变颜色发黄,而TR硅橡胶表面颜色变化不大。高注量电子辐照后,TPUY和TPU热塑性聚氨酯表面明显变黄,TR硅橡胶由淡黄色变为深黄色。综合辐照后三种气密材料的拉伸性能与未辐照试样相比,TR硅橡胶的拉伸强度下降了34.8%,TPUY热塑性聚氨酯的拉伸强度下降了9.4%,TPU热塑性聚氨酯的拉伸强度下降了33.0%。高注量电子辐照后三种气密材料的拉伸性能与未辐照试样相比,TPUY热塑性聚氨酯的拉伸强度下降了45.9%,TPU热塑性聚氨酯的拉伸强度下降了42.5%,TR硅橡胶的拉伸强度升高了6.9%。两种辐照条件对三种气密材料的断裂伸长率影响不大。电子顺磁共振分析和接触角测试结果显示,三种气密材料在受到辐照影响后有新的自由基产生和表面接触角变小。
[Abstract]:In this paper, vacuum gas evolution, vacuum thermal circulation equipment and space irradiation simulation test equipment are used, and various means of material testing and analysis are adopted. The vacuum gas evolution of four kinds of gas tight materials, the vacuum thermal cycling and the irradiation effect of three kinds of air tight materials are investigated. The results show that the total mass loss of the THR / TR silicone rubber is the largest and the content of the condensable volatiles of the TPUY thermoplastic polyurethane is the least than that of the TPUY thermoplastic polyurethanes. In the early stage of vacuum thermal cycle, the mass loss rate of three kinds of air tight materials increases gradually with the increase of the number of vacuum thermal cycles, and the mass loss rate increases more quickly. In the later period, the increase of mass loss rate becomes more and more gentle with the increase of cycle times. The tensile properties of the three kinds of gastight materials changed little after 80 times of vacuum thermal cycling. The tensile strength of TPUY and TPU were not more than 2.0, and the elongation at break was not more than 8.9%. TPU and TPU were changed from translucent and transparent to yellowish after electron and UV irradiation, but the color of tr silicone rubber had little change. The surface of TPUY and TPU thermoplastic polyurethane obviously changed from yellowish yellow to dark yellow after high flux electron irradiation. Compared with the unirradiated samples, the tensile strength of the three kinds of air-tight materials decreased by 34.8and 9.4. the tensile strength of TPUY thermoplastic polyurethane decreased by 33.0. The tensile strength of TPUY thermoplastic polyurethane decreased by 45.9%, and the tensile strength of TPU decreased by 42.5% after electron irradiation. The tensile strength of TPUY thermoplastic polyurethane increased by 6.9%. The two irradiation conditions have little effect on the elongation at break of three kinds of gastight materials. The results of electron paramagnetic resonance analysis and contact angle measurements show that the three kinds of gastight materials have new free radical production and surface contact angle becoming smaller after irradiation.
