有机相变材料促进HCFC-141b水合物生成实验

【摘要】:为解决静态系统中水合物形成时间长、生长速度慢的问题,在水合物形成体系中添加由正癸酸(CA)和十二醇(DE)复合而成的有机相变材料作为水合物形成促进剂,研究相变材料的添加对HCFC-141b水合物形成的影响。采用高速搅拌的方法制备了CA-DE+HCFC-141b+水乳液体系,乳化液增加了HCFC-141b与水的接触面积,促进了水合物在静态系统中的生成。在实验条件范围内,添加1%的CA-DE相变材料,水合物形成诱导时间最短,水合物形成过程中温度的升高幅度最大,水合物的生长速度最大,对水合物形成促进效果最好。水合物形成诱导时间实验结果表明,水合物的形成具有一定的随机性。在0.2℃和1℃的实验条件下,HCFC-141b水合物可在1h内形成。温度影响水合物的形成,温度越低水合物形成引导时间越短,生长速度越快、水合物生成的随机性越小。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of long hydrate formation time and slow growth rate in static system, organic phase change materials composed of decanoic acid (CA) and dodecanol (DE) were added to hydrate formation system as accelerators for hydrate formation. The effect of phase change material on the formation of HCFC-141b hydrate was studied. CA-DE HCFC-141b aqueous emulsion system was prepared by high speed agitation. The emulsion increased the contact area between HCFC-141b and water and promoted the formation of hydrate in static system. In the range of experimental conditions, adding 1% CA-DE phase change material, hydrate formation induction time is the shortest, the temperature of hydrate formation is the largest, the hydrate growth rate is the largest, and the promotion effect of hydrate formation is the best. The experimental results show that the hydrate formation is random. HCFC-141b hydrate can be formed within 1 h at 0.2 鈩,
