芳砜纶母炼胶的制备及其性能研究

【摘要】:短纤维在轮胎中的应用颇具潜力,是轮胎高性能化发展的重要技术路线之一。而PSA短纤维以其高模量、高强度、低密度的特点,引起国内外的广泛关注。开展PSA短纤维、浆粕增强轮胎用丁腈橡胶复合材料的研究工作,对于提高我国轮胎工业的整体水平具有重要意义。本文以PSA短纤维、浆粕增强轮胎用丁腈橡胶复合材料为研究对象,选用两种预分散PSA短纤维的预聚体:PSA胶乳预聚体和PSA/PP预聚体。在重点考察两者增强作用的同时,针对短纤维增强橡胶应用中需要十分注意的分散、粘合等几个问题进行了研究。结果表明:(1)两种短纤维在橡胶基体中都得到了很好地分散,也都对复合材料有着明显的增强作用。(2)两种短纤维添加份数对复合材料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度等基本力学性能的影响存在差异。(3)力争克服芳砜纶短纤维浆粕在天然橡胶中的分散性较差这一技术难点,通过合理的工艺调整使得芳砜纶短纤维、浆粕在天然橡胶中的获得最佳的分散及母胶流变特性。(4)PSA浆粕表面的超细纤维能够与橡胶基体之间形成较强的界面作用,但也妨碍了浆粕的分散,这是造成两种短纤维增强复合材料基本力学性能差异的主要原因。(5)从基本力学性能分析来看,两种短纤维由于界面粘合或分散性上的不足,未能充分发挥其增强作用,应用中如能采用合适的预处理方法,有望进一步提高性能。总的说来,对两种PSA短纤维预聚体产品的预分散处理大大提高了其在橡胶中的分散性,而基于PSA纤维高强度、高模量的特点,两者对橡胶复合材料都有着明显的增强作用。在拉伸强度、撕裂强度等基本力学性能方面,两者各有各的优势,对轮胎使用性能的影响也是提高了部分性能的同时降低了其它部分性能。因此,在轮胎用橡胶复合材料配方设计中,应根据轮胎的实际需要选用合适的短纤维产品。
[Abstract]:The application of short fiber in tire has great potential and is one of the important technical routes for the development of high performance tire. PSA short fiber has attracted wide attention at home and abroad because of its high modulus, high strength and low density. The research of PSA short fiber and pulp reinforced nitrile rubber composites for tire is of great significance to improve the overall level of tire industry in China. In this paper, PSA short fiber and pulp reinforced nitrile rubber (NBR) composite for tire were studied. Two kinds of prepolymer of predispersed PSA short fiber, prepolymer: PSA / PSA latex prepolymer and PSA / PP prepolymer were selected. At the same time, the dispersion and adhesion of short fiber reinforced rubber were studied. The results showed that: (1) the two short fibers were dispersed well in rubber matrix, and both of them had obvious reinforcing effect on the composites. (2) the tensile strength of the composites was influenced by the addition number of the two kinds of short fibers. The effects of tear strength and other basic mechanical properties are different. (3) to overcome the technical difficulty of the poor dispersion of PSA staple pulp in natural rubber, the PSA staple fiber can be made by reasonable process adjustment. The optimum dispersion of pulp in natural rubber and rheological properties of mother gum were obtained. (4) the superfine fiber on PSA pulp could form a strong interface with rubber matrix, but it also hindered the dispersion of pulp. This is the main reason for the difference in the basic mechanical properties of the two kinds of short fiber reinforced composites. (5) from the analysis of the basic mechanical properties, the two kinds of short fibers can not give full play to their reinforcing function because of the lack of interfacial adhesion or dispersion. If suitable pretreatment method can be used in the application, the performance will be further improved. In general, the predispersion of two kinds of PSA short fiber prepolymer products greatly improved their dispersity in rubber, but based on the characteristics of high strength and high modulus of PSA fiber, both of them have obvious reinforcing effect on rubber composites. In terms of tensile strength tear strength and other basic mechanical properties the two have their own advantages. The effect on the performance of tire is also to improve some properties and reduce the performance of other parts. Therefore, in the formulation design of rubber composites for tire, suitable short fiber products should be selected according to the actual needs of tire.
