粉末阻燃剂对钛粉燃烧抑制的实验研究

【摘要】:利用粉尘云最低着火温度测试仪研究粉末阻燃剂对钛粉尘云燃烧的抑制作用。实验结果表明:质量相等的3种不同粉末阻燃剂对钛粉尘云着火的抑制作用强弱依次为磷酸二氢铵、碳酸钙、二氧化硅。伴随着阻燃剂质量的增加,钛粉尘云最低着火温度升高;通过研究混合粉末阻燃剂对钛粉尘云着火的抑制作用发现,磷酸二氢铵与碳酸钙在混合作用下的抑制效果最佳,二者存在协同作用。当两种阻燃剂的质量均为50 mg时,钛粉尘云最低着火温度达到568℃。
[Abstract]:The effect of powder flame retardant on the combustion of titanium dust cloud was studied by using the dust cloud minimum ignition temperature tester. The experimental results show that the inhibitory effects of three kinds of powder flame retardants of equal mass on the ignition of titanium dust cloud are ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, calcium carbonate and silica in order. With the increase of the mass of flame retardant, the lowest ignition temperature of titanium dust cloud increased. By studying the inhibition effect of mixed powder flame retardant on the ignition of titanium dust cloud, it was found that the inhibition effect of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and calcium carbonate on the ignition of titanium dust cloud was the best under the mixed action of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and calcium carbonate.
