温度作用下复合材料夹芯墙板的冲击试验

【摘要】:研究了以真空导入成型的玻璃纤维增强复合材料(GFRP)夹层板墙板在不同温度作用下的抗低速冲击性能。根据ASTM D7136M—2005规范的冲击试验和冲击后压缩强度测试,来评价该墙板在不同温度下的低速冲击性能。在30、50、70、90℃下分别测量增强格构腹板墙板的中心点和增强格构腹板型墙板的无腹板处、单向腹板处、纵横向腹板交叉处的冲击接触力和侧压承载力,得到相应冲击力-时间曲线和冲击后侧压荷载-位移曲线。试验结果表明:随着试件温度升高,各冲击作用点的冲击接触力都呈现下降的趋势;以冲击后的压缩强度作为评价GFRP-泡沫复合材料夹层墙板的冲击韧性:随着温度的升高,各冲击作用点的冲击韧性也都呈现下降的趋势;温度对墙板的冲击性能影响较大:无论何种温度下,冲击作用点处的腹板数量增加有助于提高其冲击接触力和冲击韧性。
