低压载水散货船船型设计与水动力分析研究

【摘要】:海上运输作为全球物流运输中的重要一环,世界上绝大多数货物贸易都是经由船舶转运的。海上运输具有运费低、运输量大、装卸效率高,通过能力强等诸多优点,因此被世人广泛利用。但是传统船舶有一个严重的问题,由于需要携带大量的压载水,带来的海洋生态环境问题必须引起人们的高度重视。压载水的使用和排放问题,导致的海洋环境污染,引发外来生物入侵等问题,被全球环保基金组织列为海洋的四大危害之一。随着《2004年国际船舶压载水和沉积物控制与管理公约》的实施和各国对海洋环境保护的重视,船舶安装压载水处理系统已逐渐得到船东的认可和接受。但是这些设备并不能完全消除压载水带来的诸多问题,同时传统船舶空载时携带的大量压载水必然随之带来船舶能耗加大,压载舱的设置还会造成宝贵舱容的损失等。为了能较好的解决压载水带来的诸多问题,人们希望能够设计一种只需要少量压载水就能满足航行要求的船舶。针对使用压载水带来诸多问题,首先,本文结合最新的V型低压载水船设计理念,以45000DWT散货船为母型船,通过型线变换对母型船进行的一系列船身变换,使母型船变为V型低压载水散货船,并满足三向光顺。其次,对于新船型进行总布置研究,包括划分舱室、结构设计等初步设计。最后,通过计算分析V型低压载水散货船和母型船的各项性能,主要包括船舶静水力、静稳性、动稳性、耐波性、运动响应等,通过对比来确定新的散货船船型的各项性能优劣。通过本文的设计和计算,最终得出一种低压载水型散货船的初步设计方案,并探讨该V型船设计方案的可行性。通过与母型船的对比,说明新船型相对于母型船各方面的性能优劣,并给出一些低压载水散货船设计的有益结论,指出其中尚需改进之处,相信对今后低压载水散货船的研究来说具有一定的参考价值,对其它类型低压载水船舶的设计有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:As an important part of global logistics transportation, the vast majority of goods trade in the world is transported by ships. Marine transportation is widely used by the world because of its advantages such as low freight, high transportation, high handling efficiency and strong ability to pass through. However, the traditional ship has a serious problem. Due to the need to carry a large amount of ballast water, the problem of marine ecological environment must be paid more attention to. Problems such as the use and discharge of ballast water, the marine environmental pollution, and the invasion of alien creatures are listed as one of the four major hazards of the ocean by the global environmental protection fund. With the implementation of the Convention on the control and management of international ballast water and sediment in 2004 and the importance of marine environmental protection by various countries, the ballast water treatment system for ships has been gradually recognized and accepted by the shipowners. However, these devices can not completely eliminate many problems caused by ballast water. At the same time, a large number of ballast water carried by traditional ships will inevitably bring more energy consumption, and the installation of ballast tanks will also cause the loss of valuable cabin capacity. In order to better solve the problems caused by ballast water, people hope to be able to design a ship that needs only a small amount of ballast water to meet the requirements of the navigation. For the use of ballast water brought many problems, first of all, this paper combines the V type low-voltage latest design concepts of ballast water in ships, 45000DWT bulk cargo ship for the parent ship, a series of the transform of the parent ship through the transformation in line, the parent ship for V type low voltage load water bulk carrier, and three to meet the fairing. Secondly, the general layout of the new ship type is studied, including the preliminary design of the compartments and the structural design. Finally, the performance through the calculation and analysis of V type low voltage load water bulk carrier and the parent ship, including ship statics, static stability, dynamic stability, seakeeping, motion response, by contrast to determine the performance of the new bulk cargo ship. Through the design and calculation of this paper, a preliminary design scheme of low pressure water carrier bulk carrier is finally obtained, and the feasibility of the V ship design scheme is discussed. By comparison with the mother ship, that ship with respect to the performance of the parent ship, and gives some useful conclusions low water bulk carrier design, which still need to be improved, I believe it for future research on low load water bulk carrier has a certain reference value, design reference for other types of low-voltage ballast water ship.
