深水导管架海上安装水下基盘对接模拟计算及施工工艺

【摘要】:针对水下钻井基盘在平台导管架海上安装时,施工难度增加、风险增大的问题,通过某项目导管架海上安装套水下基盘作业实践,总结其施工工艺的特殊性,应用SCAS软件对套筒和导向桩之间的碰撞过程进行模拟计算,结果表明,导管架套筒与水下基盘导向桩对接碰撞应力强度满足规范要求。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that the construction difficulty and risk increase when the underwater drilling base plate is installed on the platform jacket offshore, the particularity of the construction technology is summarized through the practice of underwater base plate operation of the jacket offshore installation sleeve of a certain project. The impact process between the sleeve and the guide pile is simulated by SCAS software. The results show that the stress intensity of the jacket sleeve and the underwater base plate guide pile meet the requirements of the specification.
