无轴轮缘推进器内置电机防护材料与防护工艺综述

【摘要】:无轴轮缘推进器采用永磁电机-螺旋桨-舵一体化设计,取消了传统轴系推进器的传动轴等结构,在节省安装空间、提高推进效率和减振降噪的同时,也面临着电机水下防护难题。分析了其内置电机的防护需求;讨论常用防护材料的优缺点;此外,介绍了电机转子和定子的防护层制造工艺;最后总结了目前防护材料及工艺的不足,提出需要进一步研究的重点和目标。
[Abstract]:The shaftless flange propeller is designed by permanent magnet motor, propeller and rudder, which eliminates the structure of the propeller shaft of the traditional shafting system, and saves installation space, improves the propulsion efficiency and reduces vibration and noise, at the same time, Also faces the electrical machinery underwater protection difficult problem. The protection requirements of the built-in motor are analyzed, the advantages and disadvantages of the common protective materials are discussed, in addition, the manufacturing process of the protective layer of the rotor and stator of the motor is introduced, and the shortcomings of the current protective materials and processes are summarized. The emphases and objectives of further research are put forward.
