基于零维燃烧模型的二冲程船用柴油机性能预测

【摘要】:基于模型的柴油机性能预测可有效降低电控系统设计与标定成本.为此,采用纯燃烧产物与缸内气体总质量的比值描述工质的成分,改进了扫气模型及整个柴油机工作过程模型.通过引入燃烧产物所占比例改进了零维燃烧模型中的反应速率模型,建立了燃烧模型与扫气质量的联系.同时将扩散燃烧模型进行了简化和整合,使其能够响应多次喷射.结合燃油喷射模型,建立了一种基于零维燃烧模型的性能预测模型,该模型可响应喷油规律和缸内工质状态的变化.以某大型低速船用柴油机为例进行了仿真,计算结果与试验数据吻合良好,计算速度满足实时仿真要求,可用于柴油机电控系统设计与标定、性能优化等领域.
[Abstract]:The performance prediction of diesel engine based on model can effectively reduce the cost of design and calibration of electronic control system. Therefore, the ratio of pure combustion product to the total mass of the gas in the cylinder is used to describe the composition of the working fluid, and the scavenging model and the working process model of the diesel engine are improved. The reaction rate model in the zero-dimensional combustion model was improved by introducing the proportion of combustion products, and the relationship between the combustion model and the scavenging quality was established. At the same time, the diffusion combustion model is simplified and integrated to enable it to respond to multiple injection. Combined with the fuel injection model, a performance prediction model based on the zero-dimension combustion model is established. The model can respond to the changes of the injection law and the working fluid state in the cylinder. Taking a large low-speed marine diesel engine as an example, the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental data, and the calculation speed can meet the real-time simulation requirements. It can be used in the design and calibration of diesel engine electronic control system, performance optimization and so on.
