基于主模型的船用柴油机关键件集成CAM系统研究

【摘要】:船用柴油机素有“船舶心脏”之称,其制造水平是船舶制造业中竞争的重要筹码。因船用柴油机结构本身的复杂性,通用软件不能满足企业对加工的特定需求,主要表现在加工信息离散、准确性差、效率低等方面,企业的发展也因此受到限制。经分析认为,船舶柴油机数字化制造集成系统可有效解决上述问题。因此,本文以数字化制造平台建设为目的,开发船用柴油机关键件集成CAM系统,对船用柴油机关键件的特征加工、后置拼接、加工仿真及NX CMM测量编程方面展开了研究,提高了船用柴油机的数字化制造水平。课题主要的研究内容与成果如下:(1)针对现阶段船用柴油机关键件设计制造过程中存在的几何信息与非几何信息分开存储导致的信息离散问题,采用基于主模型统一数据源的方案。将定义的加工特征信息统一存储于三维主模型中,作为设计制造环节的唯一依据,为CAM系统提供完备的加工数据,从而避免了因信息不统一导致数据冲突,提高了系统稳定性。(2)根据主模型和MBD技术的内涵以及船用柴油机关键件的结构特点,建立了加工特征刀轨库,分析了船用柴油机关键件设计特征到加工特征转换的数学模型,确定了加工特征的类型划分及信息表达与提取方式,并提出建立NX/CAM对象类库的方法,为船用柴油机关键件的特征加工奠定基础。(3)针对通用后置处理器不能满足企业对NC代码输出格式要求的问题,结合企业实际需求和船用柴油机制造企业软件平台的特点,建立了船用柴油机关键件专用后处理器的框架,并实现与CAM系统的集成。针对船用柴油机关键件因采用特征加工方法存在代码离散的问题,提出后置拼接的概念,研究了代码拼接与加工间的映射关系。另外,为确保CAM系统生成NC代码的正确性,确定了利用VERICUT软件进行虚拟加工仿真的方案,缩短生产准备时间的同时可有效地避免事故发生。(4)针对船用柴油机关键件加工成本高、测量难度大等特点,提出了基于主模型的船用柴油机关键件NX CMM测量编程方法。研究了测量编程预处理及具体实现,并通过实验进行验证,实现了加工测量一体化。(5)通过以上几个方面内容的研究,利用NX二次开发工具,完成了集成CAM系统的开发工作,并通过软件的实际应用验证了其实用性及可靠性。为促进基于主模型统一数据源技术在船舶行业的应用做了有益的探索。
[Abstract]:Marine diesel engine is known as "the heart of ship", and its manufacturing level is an important bargaining chip in the shipbuilding industry. Because of the complexity of the structure of marine diesel engine, the general software can not meet the specific requirements of processing, which is mainly reflected in discrete processing information, poor accuracy, low efficiency and so on. Therefore, the development of the enterprise is limited. It is concluded that the digital manufacturing integration system of marine diesel engine can effectively solve the above problems. Therefore, in order to build a digital manufacturing platform, this paper develops an integrated CAM system for the key parts of marine diesel engines, and studies the feature processing, post-assembly, machining simulation and NX CMM measurement programming of the key parts of marine diesel engines. The digital manufacturing level of marine diesel engine is improved. The main research contents and results are as follows: (1) aiming at the problem of information discretization caused by the separate storage of geometric information and non-geometric information in the design and manufacture of key parts of marine diesel engine at present, The scheme of unifying data source based on master model is adopted. The defined machining feature information is stored in the 3D main model as the sole basis of the design and manufacture, which provides complete processing data for the CAM system, thus avoiding the data conflict caused by the information disunity. The stability of the system is improved. (2) according to the connotation of the main model and MBD technology and the structural characteristics of the key parts of marine diesel engine, the machining characteristic tool rail library is established, and the mathematical model of the transformation from the design features to the machining features of the key parts of the marine diesel engine is analyzed. The classification of processing features and the way of information expression and extraction are determined, and the method of building NX/CAM object class library is put forward. It lays the foundation for the characteristic processing of the key parts of marine diesel engine. (3) aiming at the problem that the general post processor can not meet the requirements of the NC code output format of the enterprise, combining with the actual demand of the enterprise and the characteristics of the software platform of the marine diesel engine manufacturing enterprise, The frame of the special post processor for marine diesel engine is established, and the integration with CAM system is realized. In order to solve the problem of code discretization in key parts of marine diesel engine by using feature machining method, the concept of post-stitching is proposed, and the mapping relationship between code splicing and machining is studied. In addition, in order to ensure the correctness of NC code generation in CAM system, the scheme of virtual machining simulation using VERICUT software is determined, which can effectively avoid accidents while shortening the production preparation time. (4) aiming at the high processing cost of the key parts of marine diesel engine, Based on the main model, the NX CMM measurement programming method for the key parts of marine diesel engine is proposed. The pre-processing and realization of measurement programming are studied and verified by experiments. (5) through the research of the above aspects, the development of integrated CAM system is completed by using the NX secondary development tool. The practicability and reliability of the software are verified by the application of the software. In order to promote the application of the unified data source technology based on the master model in the shipping industry, the paper makes a beneficial exploration.
